Post Doctoral Certificate Course (PDCC) Oncopathology - July to June session
The PDCC in Oncopathology is a one-year advanced training program aimed at developing
expertise in the diagnosis and interpretation of neoplastic diseases. The course is designed to
provide comprehensive training in histopathology, cytopathology and the application of ancillary
techniques such as immunohistochemistry, molecular pathology and digital pathology.
The aim of the program is to train candidates to become competent oncopathologists capable of
independently reporting cancer cases with accuracy and clinical relevance. The program
emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach, integrating pathological findings with clinical,
radiological, and surgical data.
Trainees will be exposed to a wide spectrum of benign and malignant tumors across organ
systems, with hands-on experience in high-volume oncology case material. Exposure to digital
